I was at another forum and they havea feature that when you put your mouse over the title of a topic there is a hover text that comes up and displays what the message says without even going into the topic.
Would this be possible there forum was a PHP forum. But wanted to know if possible in .asp which I am sure it is and maybe what it would take to do something like this?<
