Getting Help Fast - Helping Others

     Welcome - Introduction
The Snitz™ Forums 2000 Support Forum is a heavy traffic one, so the idea is to keep your related problems all in one thread without cross-posting anywhere else. Doing otherwise will have your topic drop off and unanswered. Please read this topic and search the forums for your problem/resolution prior to posting. Usually, a resolution has already been posted for the major/common issues.

Getting Help: What you need to Do
To help us help you from the moment you post your new topic, its best to provide as much detail about the problems you are running into for your Snitz™ Forums 20000 installation. To do that a minimum of what should be posted is:
  • Title your thread appropriately
  • Snitz™ 2000 Foums Version Number
  • Exact errors
  • List Of MODS Installed (if any)
  • How Long The Error Has Been There For

It may also make it faster to get help if you add:
  • A .TXT Version Of The File With Errors
  • A Live Link To Your Forum
  • A Member Name And Password We Can Use
  • DB Type In Use
