In pop_config_help.asp, near lines 979-987, code deals with help about "badwords" feature, which is handled in a different manner in v3.4. There is no other pointer to this section also.
This part can be deleted (commented out in v4b04).
The point here is, that the new functionality is through the pop-up window. Unless we start to put 's to the admin_main page (or into the pop-up window itself) there is no need to do so, because we already have the option (and thus the help link) in Feature Configuration.
