I'm looking for a german version of the forum.
I read about the "version 4 beta03" and someone talked about a version 3.5. But the actual version is 3.3.05.
Is there a international version of 3.3.x available?
What are the problems if I install the 3.3.05 and then want to upgrade to the version 4?

It's best to get the latest version 4 beta and the patches and then get the German lang file. Judging on stability and security, the latest version 4 beta should be at the same level as 3.3.05.

The only other option is to get 3.3.05 and manually translate all files, and I can tell you that that's a lot of work.

AFAIK, there is no German V3.305 so far.

Get V4.03 with the latest patches and install the German lang pack.
The lang pack is located here:

Version 4.0b3 with all the patches IS version 3.3.05 with internationalization.

So yes, they are equally stable.<

Till now (v4b03.x), we didn't use unicode. But this is exacly the way to go. All language packs will have Unicode in v4b04. Also some already have unicode versions (mostly far eastern languages).
