What you need to do is upload the forum and its contents using front page the normal way except for the *.mdb file. Take this and drag and drop it from its local directory on your machine into the directory you want on your website. A screen should pop up asking you if you want to create an fpdb folder, move the db into it and create a connection to the db. Select yes.
Also, on the strconn line, uncomment the one for the virtual directory and if you store the fpdb at the level right below your root web on the server you shouldn't have to change anything it should point directly to your db. Hope this helps.
