I took out the <font> tags and it fixed itself, I only re-applied the formatting in stylesheets to maintain my page font.

I can't always reproduce it. I took the blockquote html out of the forum code and into a new html page, and the text size renders properly after the blockquote.

Also tried it inside a table and still no problems.

So I am not sure where the problem lies if it is not consistent.

Perhaps it has something to do with snitz's 3-5 layered tables.

Thats another thing, I dont understand why there has to be so many tables layered. You can get the same border effect by usign just one single table, setting the background-color and cellspacing, then setting the bg color per table cell.

Everything here could be done properly using a single table and proper use of colspan/rowspan.

If it was, wouldn't the text being small after a quote be consistant? Sometimes it remains small, sometimes it is the correct size. I'm still doing some investigating.

It's ALWAYS smaller for you? How about this post by Stim here: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=56241#307314

The text is smaller after the quote.

And taropatch's post after his: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=56241#307315 is normal after the quote.

What version firefox you using PeeWee?

Davio, it's not consistent. Using Firefox 1.0, I can refresh the page and sometimes the text shows correctly, and sometimes it's much smaller. Not sure why though.

Hmm, some text after quotes, are small for me and they stay small, no matter how many times I refresh the page.
At the same time, another post that has quotes, the text after it is normal, and stay that way, no matter how many times I refresh.

So for me it's consistent. Very mysterious.

Davio, your right. After both quotes you linked, the text is normal size. Very odd

This is a "reply with quote" reply for testing.

I thought maybe something was different when reply with quote was used, but in this case my reply line is at normal size, not squint size.

It appears as normal size in that topic, but what about this one?

--Edit

Looks normal to me... I wonder why this is such a random thing.
