Ok, is there any free downloads that anyone can tell me of that will allow me to run asp scripts such as snitz to test on my home computer on win98? I am building a site and will include asp scripts, but at this time I have no hosting yet and would like to view my pages as fully functional.

Pull out your W98 CD and find the PWS (Personal Web Server) setup. You can run Snitz locally once it's installed.
