I'm trying to run my forum on 98 PWS.

How is the "strConnString" line supposed
to read?
here's what I got now

strConnString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("/cgi-bin/snitz_forums_2000.mdb") '## MS Access 2000 using virtual path

and here's what it looks like...
http://24.181.7.75/Forums/

and here's what it should look like

Assuming your db is in a folder off the root of your web /cgi-bin, the connection string should work.

Since you are on PWS, you can just code the exact disk path in your string, like c:\wwwroot\inetpub\myweb\cgi-bin\snitz_forum_2000.mdb

The link to the W98 PWS is dead.

LOL
thanks for the reply Doug.

A strange thing...
The word "Forums" in the link wouldn't work.
"forum" "forums2", both worked fine???
