Ok, here is the deal. I use readyhosting.com, in their support pages, they tell me to make a database folder on the same level as your HTML folder via your FTP program. I did this, and I uploaded the DB that comes with Snitz. Now that I have done this, I have NO CLUE what the address is for this database folder! So how can I use the where am I tool to figure that out if I can;t figure out how to get to this folder? the physical path to this database folder is al follows:
d:/html/users/vwmailnet/database
Just for reference the path for my HTML files (where EVERYTHING else is located) is:
d:/html/users/vwmailnet/html
To get to the HTML folder from the net, I just go to my domain name.... www.vwmail.net
I do not get it, maybe I am just making this too hard, but either way I need some help!!
