I am trying to install Snitz on my webpage, which is hosted by Tripod, which has CGI service. My first question is that is it even possible to install it on such a provider?

My browsers also don't seem to view ASP files, which is needed in the installation of this. All it does is prompt the file to download, which is useless to me. Can anyone help me fix this, or direct me to something I can download to help fix it? (What the heck is ASP anyways?)

I'm very fluent in HTML, but I'll be danged if I can figure this stuff out. Thanks in advance for any help. :)

I'm not sure Tripod runs ASP.

If you go to http://216.74.114.135/freeasphost/freeasphost.php

there's a list of free ASP hosts there.

Well then howcome my browsers are always prompted to download ASP files, and when I do download them, they have that unknown file type icon?

If that were true, you wouldn't be viewing this forum, because if you look up top, it's all .asp pages.

It's not your browser, it's your host. They don't allow ASP.
