I couldn't find the other forum you were talking about....
Go to my forum (http://www.forum.com/Phantom) and login. Yes, You can login fine, but go and reply or make a new topic and this comes up

The last thing I did was add those 3 links at the top... I have not added any new mod's for about 2 months...I just came back online from a 3 day break and this was showing up...Sorry, If i posted this in the wrong section again...
