Are you sure you selected the correct email component on admin_config_email.asp ? Find out which component your server supports and pick that one. I was going to check for you, but I can't read the text on those pages

Another mistakes when I am using this, it is ok on my local machine.
the words are as follows:

the chinese words mean this operation must use a updatable query. what is this for?

Search here for 'updateable query'. The error means your web server doesn't have read/write permissions to the access database file and it's folder.

Well, I think the only documentation on this software is what you find on either the front page of this site, or in this forum.
As for your error, for some reason you don't have write permissions to that database. Are there any permissions set on the folder that the database is in? Its on your local machine..hmmm I'm not really sure.

I have open all the rights to the file and folder, readable, writable and executable.
