I've noticed that if I download my Access Database from my server and open the member table that I can see the members passwords. Is there a way that it can be set up where no one, not even me, can see the passwords?

Just curious

You can password protect the database, or put the database in a directory where others can't download it. You will always be able to view the passwords if you open the database up in Access.
