Here is the error I get when someone tries to register!

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Field 'FORUM_MEMBERS.M_OCCUPATION' cannot be a zero-length string.

/forum/register.asp, line 285

I have occupation turned off in member details. Once I turned it on, I got the same error about sex.

I don't think I've changed register.asp, the last mod I installed was the spellcheck mod.

HELP! Any ideas?

Aha....I upgraded the database to Access 2000 several days ago because of another problem. When I looked at the new database, all the text fields had "no" for "allow zero-length fields". Is this how this supposed to be? I changed them all, and now people can register. So, NOW my question is: will this generate more problems later on????

No, it won't cause any problems later.
