Is this a web host error or a asp error on my side?

No, not really... I removed one thing from one of my asp pages but that was just something for the forum announcements mod. None of my asp pages are working so I think it is server side because in my other asp (non forum pages) the only thing I am calling from them is the inc_config.asp and inc_functions.asp .
oh ****.. now i need to redo a whole new forum... I swear God is torturing me for something I did to my parents when i was a child. *lol* I just had everything nice and no errors.

It is always a good idea when installing mods, to rename the original file to .working instaed of .asp before uploading the new changed file, that way you can just delete the changed one and rename you old on back again, saves a lot of busted walls.
