I see where it tells me to do it, but I see nothing in the Admin section that gives me the option to make anyone an Admin or to delete the Admin after I've taken the throne. Any help or FAQ's someone could point me to?

Ok,
1) register the user you want to be admin.
2) Log on as admin and go to the members screen
3) click on the user who you want to make admin
4) when the profile loads, click on the users name in the top left corner of the table
5) when the edit profile page apears change the user type to admin, and save.

Now to change the 'Admin' password, just log on as 'Admin' select profile from the forum menu, and change the password in the edit table.
