Ok, found the problem.
In inc_top.asp look for
intLocalBias = Request.Cookies(strUniqueID & "LocalBias")
it should be
intLocalBias = Request.Cookies(strCookieURL & "LocalBias")

it should do, the date/time is displayed using the chkDate and chkTime functions, so it should be displaying local time

for some reason after adding this mod my forum time all over is showing weird
and post time are showing weird also
ah everything
right now the time is 6:40pm june 16 and on my forum its showing 11:40am june 17
umm i wonder why is is that my hosting server time being used for my entire forum instead of my local time or whatever

why do i get this when i set up the database.. it makes the colums succesfully but at the end it says this ? ?

Did you reset your Time configuration in Admin options ?

This error is because the new mod_dbsetup tried to delete the dbs file when it had finished, but did not have the correct permissions, it is nothing to worry about.

ya i did that to see if that might help but no my time is still showing weird
can you please help me because the time everyone posted a message showing weird and i don't think that is something good

Have you resubmitted your profile with the correct time zone? Even if you don't need to make a change you should press the submit button.

all the time are messed up and not showing the correct time people posted and he said people email him complaining about that and dssww i did and told him to do the same thing also but but that did not help
and also huwr do you know whats wrong with my forum.asp since no one answered my question its showing like a blank black field on the bottom right. on the forum click on hiphop discussion because that has alot of post it happens after installing the paging and sorting mode
