The v3.3 is the next version that will be released.
When do you expect it to be finished (released) ?

As it has asked many times before, we don't know when it will be released. It's quite hard to put a date when dealing with software development. We don't know how long it's gonna take us to work out all the bugs and hoping we don't find new ones after we have finished. The best we can give you is the status of what we are doing, an estimate of when we will probably finish that and what our next move will be concerning the software.
At the moment we have found a few bugs in the Moderation mod we have added to the next release and are working on it, time permitting. I can't give you an estimate since I haven't gotten any idea myself. And after we released a stable v3.3, we are moving on to Internationalization.
=== Obligatory Release Statment === What I've said above is not the final word, but is to the best of my knowledge.

I know you guys get tired of answering this, and can't commit to any definate timetables, but is there any rough ETA on when we might see a release (or even an alpha or beta release?)
Even an alpha or beta would be helpful if the database structure is mostly intact, even if there are some bugs on the admin side still. I'm awaiting the new version to rebuild my site around it (as it seems a few others here are) so I'm very anxious for the new release! Even a buggy one would help me get started.
Thanks for your patience in keeping us posted and answering all our annoying "whens it going to be ready?!?" posts! You guys all rock!

I know this came up many times before...when is the final code ready????
How much difference will there be with the latest beta code and the final code??? The reason I asked is because I want to start working on the fully THREADED snitz forum, and I don't want to bother with the current version. I rather spend my time on the newer forum instead. If there won't be much differences with the latest beta and the final vesion, I'll start working with the beta code.....
Anyway, is anyone interested with a fully threaded snitz forum at all???

HuwR, if the bug fixes have all been made, when do you think we might see a release? Is it a matter of days now or...?

Can't say exactly, I should have finished going through the bug forum this weekend, it has taken a lot longer than expected, mainly because a lot of the bugs which I have checked are not relevant anymore because of the changes, so I have spent a lot of time checking stuff which is no longer relevant.
Please try to be patient, we are getting there, there have just been some rather major changes to the code.

Question for you. I really like the removal of the title from the Querystring. However, I'm curious if topic.asp is going to support links that are hard coded in pre-3.3 messages after the upgrade?

Hi Dan,
I wouldn't see why not. As long as the topic id is passed, it should be okay. The rest of the stuff in the querystring from older versions (such as titles) would just be ignored.
