My forum has been hacked a few times in the last 5 years, but I was always able to restore the database and go on... but the hack I have now just takes over again when I restore the database. The log text boxes don't display, even after a brand new restore, and within a few seconds, of a new restore, there is a user that starts posting in every forum. I don't really know how to find out what is going on. Can someone give me some direction here? There has been some security updates done, but not sure I have done all of them.

Thank you. I want to update the entire forum to the latest version, but I paid to have it themed and I am not sure it will be easy to transfer the theme to a new build.

I have applied the suggested patches and added this patch:

Is the current full build known to be secure from hacking?

There is no such thing as "known to be secure from hacking". What we can say, though, is that we know not of any security issues with the current release, as long as you have applied all the security patches.
