You can also try the advice regarding the compact privacy policy, as advised here: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=67864&SearchTerms=privacy,policy

Not sure that it will work and I am not sure how it will behave with current browsers. It's been a while since we have had similar circumstances. Most hosting packages today allow you to avoid similar issues, treating each domain the same way.

The Winsock error seems something GoDaddy should help you track and fix.

in talking godaddy thay indicated that the domain was not a sub domain !! really strange
but he did recommend I up grade to the newer server. which thay said thay were going to do at the end of the year anyway

he said it would make no difference to the operation of the sites so I have started the process
they said it may take up to 72 hours

well see what happens then

I appreciate your help and I really hope I get this working

I know it will somehow
