I have a secure website and I am receiving the following error when trying to access it.
Secure Connection Failed
Invalid OCSP signing certificate in OCSP response. (Error code: sec_error_ocsp_invalid_signing_cert)
- The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
- Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site.
However; I receive the error message only when using Firefox. I can access the site fine using IE. I found it strange that a friend, who uses the same hosting and the same security, is able to access her secure website using Firefox. The only difference is she doesn't use Snitz or ASP. Her site is HTML only.
I've reported the problem to hosting but I was just wondering if anyone else is having a problem.

Thank you, HuwR! I've got a sick grandbaby so I am just now getting a chance to reply.
I'm not sure how, but the problem is corrected now. All of my members who were using Firefox were receiving the same error message. Anyway, so thankful to be able to use Firefox again!

it's a bug in Firefox apparently
In Firefox v31, it's not there. Go to Tools, Options, Advanced, Certificates, Validation, and uncheck "Use the Online Certificate Status Protocol...." |
