Tonight one of our moderators had his account used by a spammer and about 40+ new topics were created with the usual spam links and text, etc.
The IP address was 152.163.201.34
All security fixes are in place and for the time being I've locked the account plus blocked that IP address. I remember having a similar problem a few years ago with the same account but can't find any record of it.
I'll download the server logs and check to see if there's anything in there but in the meantime any ideas how this might have happened?
