When I edit a member's profile their country automatically changes to United States so unless I remember to change it back to what it should be before clicking on "submit" (after I've made any changes), it is changed to United States. 
Here's a copy of my pop_profile.asp and register.asp in txt format if someone has time to look at it and help me, please.

| Check the IP address last used by the member. If it was located within the USA, the IP-to-Country mod will automatically set the country there. |
