That worked PERFECT!

This is just wonderful, Carefree!

My members are going to LOVE it!

Thank you so much, Carefree!

When viewing "photo_album_view.asp?cname=category name goes here&mid=1&cid=1" how I could add "Click on image to view full size" just below the member's name and name of category?

Look for the following line (appx 120):

		"	" & getCurrentIcon(strIconBlank,"","align=""absmiddle""") & getCurrentIcon(strIconBlank,"","align=""absmiddle""") & getCurrentIcon(strIconBar,"","align=""absmiddle""") & getCurrentIcon(strIconFolderOpenTopic,"","align=""absmiddle""") &" "&m_name&"'s "&cname&"<br>"& vbNewLine & _

Edit it to say:

		"	" & getCurrentIcon(strIconBlank,"","align=""absmiddle""") & getCurrentIcon(strIconBlank,"","align=""absmiddle""") & getCurrentIcon(strIconBar,"","align=""absmiddle""") & getCurrentIcon(strIconFolderOpenTopic,"","align=""absmiddle""") &" "&m_name&"'s "&cname&"<br />Click on image to view full size.<br />"& vbNewLine & _

That did it, Carefree!

I simply could not find the correct area to add that.

Thank you so much!

I had been using a member's account to play around with the Photo Album and uploading pictures when I first installed this mod. And now, after making all of these changes, I am unable to upload pictures or create a new category while on her account. This is a lady who is legally blind so this is something I wanted to do for her (create photo albums and upload her pictures).

The new domain is not yet open (SOON though!), but I don't want to just delete her account because I've moved posts of hers to the new site. So, any suggestions?

If I go here "admin_album_admin_users.asp" and choose "Delete Member" will that remove her account from the new domain's database (like I do not want to do), or will that simply allow me to delete her from the Photo Album and then re-add her in hopes everything will then work?

The Photo Album is working fine otherwise with all of the other members' accounts in my testing.

The deletion within the photo mod deletes the photo albums AND the member's folder containing uploaded images. If you want to retain the images, you'll have to move them first. It does NOT delete posts or the member's account, etc.

I deleted this member in the Photo Album Admin area and then used the "Add Member" feature to add her again. However; I am still unable to accomplish creating a new category or uploading pictures when on her account.

Would it matter that this member has a blank space in her username?

I suspect that's the issue, yes. Try another user without the space and see if it works.

Just finished trying another member without blank spaces in the username. Had no problems in creating a new category or uploading photos!

Could there possibly be a simple code that would make this mod work for members who have spaces in their usernames?

There's a number of changes required, I'll work on it as I get time.

Carefree, I am so sorry you're not feeling well and facing even more surgeries! I need to ask if I just need to remove the blank spaces in the members' usernames?

I really hate to do that for a couple of reasons with one of them being that it makes the Snitz forums appear Sooo ancient, but another reason is because it may be causing stress for you that you most definitely do not need! I sure don't want to be the cause of more health-related problems for you!!

If it is barfing on usernames with spaces, the most likely culprit is the file upload stuff.

does it create a subdirectory for each username ? if so you could try replacing spaces in the username with underscores (not permanantly, just whenever used to save/retrieve files for example)

If you post your code I will take a look for you.

Is this the file you're referring to?

photo_album_upload.asp in txt format
