What would cause the picture URL link to display in a post rather than the actual picture even though the [ img] [ /img] codes are used properly?

"inc_code.js", "inc_func_common.asp", "inc_func_posting.asp" |

I just went ahead and replaced the files with backups and nothing changed, Carefree.
I'm clueless with this. I know; some things never change!
