Well, my hosting company says that the Hotfix does not apply because they are using Windows Server 2003. I have no idea. They tell me they are still looking into it.
Since the code hasn't changed and you are trying to upload a file that is well within the size limits set, it MUST be caused by a change on the server.
A couple of stray dots on the Output file were the cause. Where or how they came from is a mystery. But, the forum can now upload images to posts, so it looks to be sorted out.
