Does anyone know how to change the refresh time to 8 seconds in active.asp.

Have you had a look at active.asp? The place where you change that should be easily visible...

No. I don't know where to look and what command looks like. Can someone please let me know around what line number I should look and look for what?

On line 50, active.asp, where you now have

if nRefreshTime = "" Then
   nRefreshTime = 0

Replace the value in red, by 1, 2, 5, 10 or 15, for the equivalent refresh interva in minutes.
