Symbols that are not understood

Characters that are not understandable when you export a table

Arabic language Appear incomprehensible In the file txt

C?? ?C??s2

s1???? C??E?

it is probably to do with the format of the text file it is saving, it needs to be utf-8 at a gues, and it isn't. I would suggest you ask on the mysql forums rather than here
