I click on the Snitz mdb file and get a message like " unrecognised format etc" and cannot open database.
Can anyone help please
Also is it possible to add fields to the Register page, I would like to add 3 option buttons.

Last I checked, it's an Access 2000 database, and has been for a while.

You can manipulate the database via DBS Scripts (search and you'll find a tutorial or two around here), and you can add fields to the registration process.
