While playing with my ChkDate issue I noticed a little bug in the user space page, after investigating I've found that there are 2 instances of....
ChkDate(Topic_LastPost, "</b> " ,true)
that are still in the current download. Moderate.asp and search.asp. It's missing the ; which showed up as " " sprinkled around occasionally on my user_space.asp page. I'm sure the recent post section was built off the search page that's why. It's also in the search2.asp page here on Snitz.
