A picture does not really show why you think that is an improved search. for one it appears to have a dropdown to select the member something that was removed to improve performance sometime ago (putting 50,000 members in a picklist is not good ), the only extra search field I see is for staff members, so how is it improved?

Although the option to use it is still there via the strUseMemberDropDownBox variable.
