you need to enable subscriptions, users can then subscribe to topics/forums etc there is a tutorial around somewhere, I will try and dig it out.
it normally helps if you make the subject of your topic relevant to it's content. I saw your subject and assumed you were having problems setting up the mail server rather than with sending emails when people post.<
I have done that excatly like in the topic and still not working i can put new topic to the forum on reply for topics but no one from the list recive emails also i cant see more users except me to put on subscriptions options
Yes i got it i got webhosting with POP3 emailserver name like mail.yourdomain.co.uk , iv create email adres for forum admin like forum@yourdomain.co.uk, Select E-mail Component: CDOSYS IIS(5/5.1/6)
