after installing Avatar Mod for 3.4 Original Author: Richard Kinser, adapted by Hamlin.

I get the avatar working ok in profile and in Admin to upload avatar but in the forums it states error where the avatar goes and all chats in the forums after the first original topic are replaced with a number eg: 22 next topic 23 and so on, this happens in all catagorys, I reupload the original Topic.asp and it goes away and of cos the avatars are not working.

Ive tries the mod from carefree without any success.

any idea what im doing wrong.

You've messed up the numbering beginning on line 491; it should look like this:
