I'm not seeing an answer to this in FAQs or while searching...
I have a member who's saying they're not seeing any emails sent to them through their forum member account. I tried one via the forum, and one via Outlook. Several Outlook messages have gone through fine so far. I've tested to other members, and that seems to work fine.
I'm also pursuing issues just potentially with their ISP. Are there any issues one might think of to check to make sure everything's working fine? Email address is good on her account. "Allow forum members to send you e-mail" is set to "Yes" on her account.
if other users get emails, then the problem lies fairly and squarely with the members mail, either your forums email domain is blacklisted by their mail server or the forum emails are being trapped by their spam filters.
