Hi

I've tried to send an email from the Forum and it doesn't get to the email address. Can anyone help please.<

Do you have your settings set up correctly in the admin area under email configuration?<

The problem I have is that I am not an IT person. I don't know if the email server address is relaying emails. The address is smtp.rehabteams.org. How would I know?

Your host must have some info relating to email ? Can you post a link to their support documentation?

More than likely you just need to provide a valid email address and password in order to relay email.<

Hi

I got the following message back from the host:
Thank you for your email.

The server address smtp.rehabteams.org will only work if you have an Advanced Mailbox with smtp.rehabteams.org activated. Instead you can use smtp.livedns.co.uk as the outgoing mail server with web scripts.
