Can I as an admin activate something so guests are allowed to post topics and replys in a forum?

I have search this board but haven't found anything about this problem.

If it's not implementet in the forum now - wouldn't it be a good idea for the next release? That you don't have to be a member to post in some forums. Well I need it :-)

No, this is not a planned feature. This forum is geared toward a Registered User system.

However, some people have modified it so that Guests can post.

I believe http://boards.uhaul.com is one of them.
