Are there any pitfalls or gains involved in migrating a MySql database to a MS SQL db?

The present db is handling an average of 827.22queries/minute and is approx 316mb in size

Also, if it's worthwhile doing so is there any software out there can can be recommended?

Thanks,

With properly configured servers, I don't think you'd gain much. If you want to do it, the upgrade process would be the same as Access to SQL Server or Access to MySQL - Let setup.asp create the tables, use any dbs files for changes to the base tables and then import the data - Enterprise Manager / SQL Server Management Studio would be the tool to use.<
