How can I make a change to a colum in the database, could somone provide me with a SQR string that I can run?

I want to edit the table MakFORUM_MEMBERS
and the colum is called m_view_policy

I want to change all instances of 1 to a zero for all members.

If the field, as I suspect, only holds a value of 0 or 1 then there's no need for the WHERE clause.
