'operation must use an updateable query' errors now when someone tries to register, page HTTP 500 error on sign on, when clicking through to topic their is a wide black bar above topic message with this error 'Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

The forum is hosted on godaddy.com and was working fine untill a couple of weeks ago. I did not make any changes.
Courious to know if anyone else is having these problems and can provide a fix.
