I have users that are complaining of becoming unsubscribed to the threads they create and then missing the email updates. This doesn't seem to happen all the time, but may have something to do with a moderator moving their thread to a different group.
The users go and look and see that they are now unsubscribed for some reason. The users who this is happening to have the status of "Normal User". I have not had anybody with a "Moderator" staus complain of this. Anybody else seen this or know of a fix?
They are just subscribed by topic. They created the topic and are subscribed to it. A moderator then moves their topic to another forum in the same category. After the move they have become unsubscribed for some reason. The strange thing is that it does not seem to happen every time. Please let me kown if you need any more information.
Are subscriptions enabled in the category & forum the topic is being moved to?
