Have you checked the Junk Mail folder?
If the e-mail to member works, it may be that the receiving mail host is filtering it as spam... unfortunately some mail services are getting overly aggressive in fighting spam and are blocking just about any e-mail that's relayed and has a link in it... |

I don't think that's the case, I get emails every day with links. In fact I just registered for Snitz Forums, got the validation and followed through to complete registration. |

very odd, that section of code has worked without issues for several years, but we have had two people in a week that needed to change it.
Could you find out for us what server / version of IIS your website is running on. |

after searching your forum for about a week I came accross this question about email validation with the same issue I was having, I tried the mod from HuwR and it worked great for me as well
BTW im using server 2003 and this mod worked great on it
