Either way you look at it, muzishun highlighted the problem... the files included assume that you have an unmodified forum and that this is the only MOD you are adding. After the first MOD, you have to go through and manually make the changes to the files for all subsequent MODs. Otherwise you end up overwriting the changes from the first.
