Urgent - I got hacked !

I was hacked today. Somehow, a person managed to create themselves as an Administrator and close the forum.

They were not malicious as such, but they left a message saying get the exploit fixed. Sorry I cannot be more precise with the info. I can provide a link to the log file if anyone wants to investigate further. I am not 100% on what I am looking for in the logs.

Any advice ????

Did you try to read other posts on the board?!

Check the Security Related Bug Fixes forum, there is a code fix for the bug they are using.

Thanks. Saw that after I posted. Got worried as they have been very aggressive.

May I make a suggestion ? That fixes like this, members of the Snitz forum (this one) get emailed about.

Maybe it is something you have done before I don't know
