I need a good survey script, something like: http://www.surveymonkey.com/, but where I can host it myself and purchase the code, any ideas ?
PHP, ASP, Free or Paid - it doesn´t matter.

| Yeah, I know Xigla, but that application doesn´t create the forms themselves, I need something everyone can use directly from the application, create the forms and save the data. The Xigla application only saves the data, it doesn´t create the forms needed, why they done it like this, it´s a mystery to me. |

| How about using a CMS/Nuke? You can install dotnetnuke for free, and it has a lot of modules (surveys, etc), although there are so many nukes/CMS's (from free to overpriced) you can explore a bit and see if any of them help at all |
