Gday,,

I can set up and run snitz via a host server easy, but when I try and set it up on my server running server 2003, trying to fire up the setup I get this message ,

The page cannot be displayed
You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed.

I have allowed those ext via IIS, but I sstillg et that message.

thanks for any help

In IIS, find "Web Service Extenstions" in the tree menu on the left and set "Active Server Pages" to "Allowed".

Search is your friend

You may want to check the permissions for that folder as well...

You need to check IIS permissions for the folder, not Windows permissions.

yes I know all permissions are fine, im have my snitz folder in this domain www.turtles-wa.net the web site works great, do you think it will be better off placeing the forum software directly in the root directory in the wwwroot folder in C drive.

IIS permissions are not fine, if they were you wouldn't be getting the error message.
