After what I would call a very easy install I must say, my forum is up and running. After working with it for a few days now I must say hats off to the programmers, and you guys here that got me though the very few little snags I had.

I really only have one question. As I want my forum seen by different search engines out there, is there a specific location that the meta tags are located for the forum? Or is there such a location in the forum configuration at all at all? Again great job on this forum software.

Regards
Ron

You'd need to place them in inc_header.asp, within the head tags.

Search is your friend

fact that the mad priest lady from over the river had
taken to nailing weasels to my front door again.”

I'm pretty sure there is also a topic meta-tag mod which auto creates tags when you open topic.asp.

Try looking on SnitzBitz or having a search in the MOD forums here.
here is the one on snitzbitz if it is any use to you

Remember, Meta-tags were so badly abused in the past (click-through sites with nothing but every imaginable meta-tag and half-a-Meg of nasty adverts) that search engines mostly just ignore them these days and index from the page text instead

Here's a few things I've done that may give you some ideas...

Tweaking the title tag

Adding a meta include file.

Switch the order of your title tags
