i follow all the steps but when I point to setup.asp i get a huge text page like..

Just a wild guess based on what you've said so far, have you checked to make sure that ASP Scripts are enabled for your server? Some hosting companies disable them by default...

YES,

they say they support

ASP 3.0, PHP 5.x
and db Access 97/2000/2003
