I try to post a topic but i don't know how can i post picture with my content .

Clicker, please see the FAQ for that: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/faq.asp#format (scroll down, and you'll see the code to use for images.
You do have to enable images in the admin options by the way....

You can change the colours in the admin area and change the forum images but there isn't a "skin" feature unless you are prepared to alter the code.
