Hi

I would like to delete all posts that are in the forums, and also delete all users (except the moderators and the admin users), how do I do that?

The easiest way to delete all posts in a forum is to delete the forum, or alternatively run some scripts against your DB.
there is no quick way of deleting all users, other than using a script.

yes, to delete members that are not admins/moderators you should delete all records from the MEMBERS table where the M_LEVEL column equals 1
