Hello,

I would like to adjust the picture size in the member profile from the standard 150x150 to a slightly larger size of 160x224. I have 20 or so headshots to add into our employee profiles. Is there a way to adjust the allowed picture size?

This thread may help. In the code in that link is the reference to 150. Change those dimensions to your own.
